JLC Distribution Customer Returns Policy

Returns Overview

· Re-stocking fees: Can be applied to orders returned or cancelled, regardless of time frame from delivery of the goods. This is at the discretion of JLC and communicated at the point of the customer request.

· Return Timeframe: Customers have 14 days from the date of return authorisation to return the item. This applies to all product categories sold by JLC.

· Condition of Returned Items: All returned items must be unopened and in sellable condition. The only exception is if the product is defective.

· Warranty: All goods come with a minimum 12-month warranty from the date of delivery.

· Exchanges: If the items are incompatible or do not function properly, they will be exchanged for the same product. If the original product is unavailable, the closest alternative will be provided. If the replacement product or alternative is also defective, the customer may request another exchange or a refund.

Shipping

· JLC Error: If the return is due to an error made by JLC, the customer will be credited for the shipping cost, if charged on the order. JLC will cover the cost of the return.

· Customer Responsibility: For returns not due to JLC error, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
