JLC Distribution Customer Returns Policy

Returns Overview

· Standard Returns: Returns will be authorised with no restocking fee if the customer requests a return within 14 days of receiving the item.

· Non-Standard Products: Non-standard products (e.g., custom orders, limited edition items) may incur a restocking fee, even if the return is requested within the 14-day period.

· Return Timeframe: Customers have 14 days from the date of return authorisation to return the item. This applies to all product categories sold by JLC.

· Condition of Returned Items: All returned items must be unopened and in sellable condition. This applies to every product category sold by JLC, including work from home equipment and devices unless they are defective.

Work From Home Equipment

· Warranty: Work-from-home items come with a warranty, which varies by device.

· Exchanges: If the items are incompatible or do not function properly, they will be exchanged for the same product. If the original product is unavailable, the closest alternative will be provided. If the replacement product or alternative is also defective, the customer may request another exchange or a refund.

Shipping

· JLC Error: If the return is due to an error made by JLC, the customer will be credited for the shipping cost, if charged on the order. JLC will cover the cost of the return.

· Customer Responsibility: For returns not due to JLC error, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Devices

· Return Request Period:

o Customers have 5 days from receiving devices to request a return.

o Returns requested within 5 days will not incur a restocking fee.

o Returns requested after 5 days but within 14 days will incur a 10% restocking fee.

o Returns requested after 14 days will be rejected.

· Condition of Returned Devices: Devices must be returned unopened and in sellable condition unless they are defective.
